Sticky Greek style Chicken nibbles
Chicken nibbles
Ingrediants
500 grams Chicken Nibbles.
5 cloves of NZ garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
2 Tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate in the fridge over night
Cook Chicken on the BBQ , checking that it’s cooked all the way through
Set aside to rest while making the salad
Witloof Salad
Instructions
Thinly slice and wash the Witloof, drain off any excess water on paper towels
Make a simple vinaigrette using garlic, dijon mustard, castor sugar, lemon juice, zest. Extra virgin olive oil
Place ingredients in a jar, place the lid on tightly and shake until well combined
Dress the Salad greens and place on a platter, top with the chicken nibbles
