Whether you’re organising a small team meeting or a large conference, our catering service provides delicious choices to suit all tastes, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea options. Our menu is designed to cater to various dietary needs, ensuring everyone can enjoy a satisfying meal, no matter their preferences or restrictions. 

Booking your catering with Wharerata Catering is simple and convenient. Just complete the online form with your selected options, and our dedicated team will take care of the rest. From a large range of fresh, locally sourced food options to timely delivery, we ensure that your event is supported with the best in quality and service, allowing you to focus on your event while we handle the food.

Catering Menu Order Form

Terms of Ordering:

  • Minimum 7 working days lead in on standard events (less than 50 pax) unless approval is given

  • Minimum 30 days lead in on Large events over 50 pax

  • Minimum order quantities may apply as per order form.

  • Guest minimums for food/beverage orders - 8 pax

  • Amendments require a minimum of 48 hours (working days) notice otherwise charges may apply

  • Cancellations - standard event 5 working days notice

  • Cancellations - large even 30 working days notice

  • Fees will apply for any cancellations with a shorter notice period as per our terms and conditions

  • Payment in full is required at time your order is received via our Catering Order Form

  • Barista Beverage Orders – require a minimum order of 8 drinks. Barista beverages are only available with food/catering orders.

Note: Delivery Fee of $10 applies to all internal deliveries on Massey Campus, all external deliveries incurs a $15 delivery fee.

Wooden cutlery, paper cups, and napkins are supplied unless Crockery requested, additional charge of $3.00 per person will apply for crockery
